What if someone gives me a bad review?
We give you the option to respond to any review, the response will appear in the public directory. If you are a legitimate business with a great offering, your reviews will definitely give your listing a boost!

What if I have a fraudulent or offensive review?
You can flag any review as fraudulent or offensive. Our goal is to provide the best balance for brides and vendors. We aim to ensure that all reviews are legitimate and from real users. Vendors have a chance to respond to any poor reviews. The MomentVille team will get confirmation from the reviewer that a review is legitimate and review it for offensive or inappropriate material. A valid and confirmed review will be posted, even if it is unfavorable, unless a vendor can prove that reviewer never used the services of the vendor in question.
