MomentVille Green Vendor Guidelines

MomentVille strongly commends any action that is taken on the part of any company or individual in an effort to be more green.

To be listed as a green vendor we judge the vendor based on the following criteria:

• The vendor, not an individual, must be green.
• The vendor offers the consumer a product or service that is specifically green.
• This includes the use of local, organic, or recycled products.
• This also includes offsetting pollution with carbon trading, carbon credits etc.
• It is not necessary for all of the company's products to be green, but they must have green options.

The following actions, though highly regarded, are not considered to be sufficient for listing as a green vendor.

• Office actions such recycling, energy efficient light bulbs etc.
• Personal actions such as taking public transit, carpooling etc.
• Being 'digital' to cut down on waste.
